I originally planned for this to be a top 10 list, but <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0807014273?ie=UTF8&tag=hefifu-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=0807014273" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Man's Search for Meaning</a> is such an inspiring book that I had to extend it to 11. :) I used to think that the supposed experts really were experts. Now I know that the most reliable and sensible information is almost always somewhat hidden and more difficult to find, and that marketing opportunity rather than knowledge is often what makes someone a mainstream expert. I never want to be a mainstream expert, but I do want to help lead people to the truth. As always, thanks for your support Stephen!

You know I love your blog and you are doing a good thing here trying to educate the public on nutrition. We need a lot of education because we have really screwed up ideas.
