After spending my younger years swimming and playing baseball, I took up tennis a few years ago and find that it has tremendous cardiovascular benefits, particularly when playing singles, maintains reflexes, and perhaps best of all, exercises my social side (especially in doubles).  

I too have met a great number of fantastic people on the court...it is too bad that it seems the number of people playing tennis is fewer than in the past, particularly when compared to the numbers of folks golfing, but those that are playing are passionate about it and full of camaraderie.</description>
