Another Year of Unmet Weight Loss Resolutions?
Thursday, January 1st, 2009
Have you been making the same New Year’s resolution to lose weight year after year? Are you feeling guilty from holiday overeating and the past year’s failed weight loss attempts?. It’s a fresh new year and vacations, summer, and swimsuits all lie ahead. Could this finally be the year you achieve your goals?
Feel Great and Look Great!
Forget about your appearance for a minute and think about how you feel. Chances are the diet and lifestyle habits that led you to gain weight have also left you feeling tired and far from your best. Wouldn’t you like to feel great along with looking great? Aside from having a good program to follow, the one thing that differentiates the people who succeed from those who don’t is determination. The more meaning and impact your goal has, the more determined you’ll be to achieve it.
Striving for the optimal health that will have you feeling great and help keep you disease free is a much more meaningful goal that will naturally cause you to loose weight and look as great as you’ll feel. So instead of basing your goals for the new year on how you’ll look in a swimsuit, maybe it’s time to focus on implementing a healthier lifestyle that will give you much more than just a trim figure.

The complexity and balance of nature is simply amazing and we may only be scratching the surface toward understanding how it all works. Even the complexity of a single cell is quite amazing, so it can be overwhelming when you consider that we each have trillions of them.
Do you need more exercise? Are you looking to make your exercise more exciting? Look no further because tennis is an excellent choice to consider. Everyone knows that exercise is an important part of good health, but not everyone enjoys the monotony of going to the gym time after time and many people would prefer to exercise out in the sun and fresh air. Why not add some variety to your exercise routine with the excitement of a sport? Here are some of the reasons why I think tennis is an excellent way to accomplish this.
Have you ever noticed how great you feel after having a good time with friends and family? It’s not hard to figure out that the more time you spend and enjoy with people you care about, the happier you are in general. Despite this, we all become too engrossed in other less important things and forget. It’s Christmas Eve and many of us will be spending today and tomorrow with the people we care about most. It’s a great opportunity to let go of all your worries and enjoy the company of friends and family to the fullest. Take note of how uplifting it is and how it just melts away your stress.
