He was selling raw milk here in Canada, and was accused by the government. But he was acquitted of all charges last week. This is a good sign and hopefully things will change, at least here in Ontario. Vin I don’t know if you hard of the Michael Schmidt’s case. Although it's supposedly not enforced, it's still shocking! Hopefully the politicians in the US will become more supportive or raw milk and maybe it will carry over to Canada. Hi Emily,

It seems even without concious effort, when I discovered my intolerance to lactose I echoed the same changes suggested here. I switched to water to drink, ferment my own sauerkraut (amazing for intestinal health) and only consume dairy in the form of cheese and yogourt. Cheers! What a great article.
