Sharona - If you have the energy and your interval sessions are short, you might be able to get away twice per week. We all have different capacities, so the best advice I can give is to pay close attention to how you feel. With the circuit style resistance training you&#039;re doing, I would error on the side of doing intervals only once per week and would consider adding back some of your walking or another type of low intensity exercise. Hope that helps!

People who follow a diet consisting of natural whole foods, including the red meat and other sources of saturated fat that have been inappropriately blamed for high cholesterol, tend to have these types results. It&#039;s amazing what happens when you feed the body real food!</description>

I have started a few months ago doing HIIT. My old routine was cardio at 3x a week, and weight training 3x a week.  Now I do HIIT cardio (1 minute intense, 90 seconds easy on an ellyptical machine) for 3x a week.  
I&#039;m wondering if I should slow this down to 2x a week according to your article.
I&#039;ve also started doing more circuit non stop weight training so there isn&#039;t much rest time between lifts.  In can feel kind of &quot;cardioish&quot; when I do this.  I used to walk a few hours after lifting, but I&#039;ve sort of cut back on that. 
I&#039;m not a beginner..been working out for 25 years. I&#039;m 54. Any suggestions?</description>
