Since this is the very first post, I guess an introduction is in order. My name is Vin Miller and through this blog, I’d like to help you understand how to get more out of your life through better health and fitness. Like many people, I spent a decade pushing myself through each day exhausted and finally decided there had to be a better way. I found it and it’s far better.
If you think you’re feeling fine and don’t need any health improvements, don’t leave just yet. First of all, most people are not nearly as healthy as they think they are. And second, there’s always room for improvement. Why would you pass up the opportunity to feel even better? Even if you’re already enjoying a healthy lifestyle, I still hope this will become a great place for you to learn and share new information.
Aside from having entirely rebuilt my health, I am also an athlete and love anything related to fitness. So beyond discussing lifestyle and exercise solely for the benefit of health and happiness, I’d also like to discuss these factors as they relate to athletic performance. In many respects, I view health and athleticism as one package and I’d like to expand on this concept.
