Often, eating healthily is cost-prohibitive, and buying from local farmers isn't much easier, being that I live in Manhattan (even the prices at the farmer's market are high). Does anyone have any suggestions? The taste is amazing & the kids love eating fresh beans and tomatoes. -They've even taken some to school for snacks.
