Hello, my name is Vin Miller and I’d like to share with you my passion for life and healthy living.

Through this website, I will share with you what I’ve learned through my experience with overcoming poor health and trying to get the most out of life, and also what I continue to experience through my passion to learn and try new things.

More About Me

Although I’ve been an athlete my entire life and have always been conscious of my health, it was my struggle with chronic fatigue syndrome that really intensified my passion for natural health and life in general. For more detail, you can read my story of overcoming poor health.

My goal is to provide you with information that will help you make better decisions and live a healthier and happier life. I encourage you to take responsibility for your health, and in doing so, to be critical of the information you find here or anywhere else, including a doctor’s office.

I am currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition and am certified as a:

  • Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the NSCA
  • Holistic Lifestyle Coach (HLC – Level 2) by the CHEK Institute
  • Metabolic Typing Advisor (CMTA – Level 2) by HealthExcel
  • Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist (FDN) by Reed Davis

I also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and have 11 years of experience as a software engineer.

In addition to my passion for healthy living, I’m an avid tennis player and love to exercise.
